Managed server-side tracking

Your ad platforms are
missing conversions.

Browsers, ad blockers and client-side failures strip away part of the picture. CookieChest moves the conversions that matter onto managed first-party, server-side tracking — without handing you another server to maintain.

Scoped around your setup

Why the numbers disappear

A browser visit can be real, a sale can be real, and the advertising platform can still fail to receive the signal. Ad blockers, browser restrictions and broken client-side tags all create gaps between what happened on your site and what reaches Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat.

Server-side tracking reduces that dependency on the visitor's browser and gives key conversion events a cleaner first-party route.

What CookieChest manages

Managed server-side GTM infrastructure — you do not host or patch it
First-party, consent-aware event routing
Hashed and deduplicated conversion data where required
Isolated container architecture so unrelated site changes do not take the tracking layer down with them
Setup and ongoing support
Supported connections including GA4, Google Ads, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API and Snapchat Conversions API
Platform mix agreed to fit the site rather than forcing a fixed bundle

For implementors: you keep control

We are not trying to replace your GTM work. CookieChest provides and manages the server-side layer, helps with the connection and keeps the infrastructure healthy. You keep control of the implementation and the client relationship.

If you already know exactly what you need, tell us the platforms and current setup and we can get straight to the technical conversation.

How it works

1

We understand the current setup

We confirm the platforms, consent setup and conversions that actually matter.

2

We build the server-side route

Your selected conversion signals are routed through managed first-party infrastructure, with consent handling, hashing and deduplication where appropriate.

3

We keep the infrastructure running

We manage the server-side environment and support the implementation when something needs attention.

Google's free option may be enough

Google Tag Gateway can be a perfectly sensible choice when your requirement is primarily Google and the free setup covers what you need. We're not going to sell you managed sGTM just for the sake of it.

CookieChest becomes useful when you need a broader server-side setup, additional advertising platforms, managed infrastructure, isolation, deduplication, or someone to help when the implementation stops being simple.

Keep it healthy

Server-side tracking reduces browser-side signal loss, but it can still be affected by implementation changes. If a silent failure would matter, Monitoring can watch the healthy setup and tell you when it changes.

Managed server-side tracking, without another platform to babysit.

Tell us what you're trying to recover and which platforms matter. We'll tell you whether managed sGTM is the right answer — including when it isn't.
