About CookieChest
Why we exist
For two years we installed and resold cookie consent banners for agencies and their clients. The installs were straightforward. What happened afterwards wasn't.
Consent banners would break quietly. GTM configurations would drift. Tracking would stop firing. Nobody noticed until a client asked why their data looked wrong — by which point weeks of budget had run on broken signals and the data gap was permanent.
CookieChest was built to catch what nobody was watching.
What we do today
We monitor the technical tracking infrastructure that agencies depend on — GTM containers, GA4, consent behaviour, ad platform pixels — and alert you when something changes or breaks. Not in next month's report. Before the damage compounds.
We don't install banners. We don't manage ad accounts. We watch the layer in between, the part most agencies assume is working until it isn't.
Who we are
CookieChest is a small, focused team. Small means the people who built the monitoring are the same people who answer your questions and oversee your onboarding. There's no support queue between you and someone who understands what they're looking at.

Currently in beta
We're working with a small group of agencies to refine the product before wider release. If you're managing client ad spend and tracking accuracy matters, we'd like to hear from you.
